PROJECTS

• CBA – 3000+ person relocation
  
  
• CSIRO – Decanting of 20+ buildings from CSIRO Black Mountain over 4 stages and re-canting into new building 12 Months later, relocating specialist laboratory equipment, samples, chemicals, staff and files.
  
  
• AFP – Relocating the entire AFP Forensics division from Wenston to Majura (Details cannot be disclosed)
  
  
• DEPT OF HOME AFFAIRS – Regularly relocating up to 300 staff on a single day for the Department of Home Affairs as part of their ‘Block and Stack’ project.
  
  
• GOSFORD HOSPITAL – Relocation of various departments including Sim, Gym, Physio, Ambulatory and
  Pathology within Gosford hospital (Stage 2) as part of the hospital expansion over 3 weekends
  
• COMCARE – External relocation of entire department over 1 weekend.
  
  
• Consolidation project into 1 warehouse over a 2 week period for a car parts supplier
  ($500k + warehouse x3)
